Internal Operations, Personal Assistance & Human Resources Assistant

We are currently looking for a dynamic, motivated and organised person who would like to work full-time as an Assistant in Internal Operations, Human Resources and PA. You will report to the IFOAM EU director and to the Finance and Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  •     Academic degree in relevant area
  •     At least two-year relevant work experience
  •     Professional experience in administration, internal communication, coordination and Human Resources area
  •     Experience in a variety of IT applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge and skills

  •     High attention to detail & well organized
  •     Effective communication skills in English and in French including verbal, written and presentation skills
  •     Ability to facilitate, maintain and manage good working relationships between operators, staff and volunteers
  •     Be able to manage own tasks and priorities effectively
  •     Flexible, able to adapt to new situations
  •     Ability to work well in an inter-cultural environment
  •     Understanding of and empathy with the aims and objectives of IFOAM EU
